Philip Shearer

As Chief Commercial Officer, Philip's focus is on the commercial growth and performance of the group, across service lines. Developing and building the existing business, whilst also focussing on new opportunities and business lines. He sits on the group board and the investment committee.

Philip has over a decade of experience in the finance industry. Initially working at PwC as strategy consultant to investment managers and investment banks, he has gone on to work with some of Europe’s most prominent fund managers, as well as ultra-high net worth investors and family offices.
