As part of our close alignment with our clients, and to add further value as an operational partner, we can offer equity introductions from our network of carefully identified investors with whom we have existing relationships.
Our service here differs significantly from that of placement agents, for example, in that we will not be responsible for marketing roadshows, fundraising strategy, or ongoing investor discussions. Rather, our role is limited to making introductions to parties that we feel have alignment in their investment strategies.
