Simon’s experience was gained as a Board Director of five FCA-authorised Venture Capital and Real Estate investment firms, and as a long-term advisor to several multinational funds services and investment management businesses. His focus has been on strategic development, delivering change in highly regulated environments, and creating fund structures for investors in the UK, EU and US.
