Kelvin has over 20 years of experience as a property, property debt and private equity finance and operations executive in London. His roles have encompassed servicing investment fund investors, their advisors and other stakeholders including lenders/banks over the full life cycle of funds through to managing or directing the sale and exit processes. His property experience has spanned most sectors of commercial and residential property, frequently with associated development and services components held within the fund structures.
