Thompson Taraz has provided clients and investors with confidence through its role as Operator since 2003 .
From the introduction of the Small Registered Property AIFM in 2013, we were at the forefront of innovating operator services for this new fund structure.
Under this regime the AIFM of a collective investment scheme can “register” with the FCA which is a much lighter-touch, quicker and cheaper process than becoming “authorised” by the FCA. Once registered with the FCA, and with Thompson Taraz in place as Operator, the fund manager can carry on regulated activities necessary to the management of its funds.
